SHIPPING POLICY

At PrayerArtWorld, we prefer to do our own shipping. This gives us assurance of quality packaging and proper attention to each customer.  Every effort will be made to protect the art from damage, by reinforcing the corners with Picture Frame Corner Protectors and rigid board, using bubble wrap or other packing to protect the front and back of the canvas. Depending on the order size and weight, we will use either USPS, FedEx, or UPS.  We provide tracking for every order. If an order is received damaged, the customer will need to take a photo and send it to PrayerArtWorld@gmail.com.  We will send a printed mailing label for return, and the piece will be replaced, or customer will receive a refund. (See Return Policy). Since we operate by Print on Demand, we may not always be able to ship quickly, but all orders should be fulfilled within 2 weeks.
