כִּי-טוֹב יְהוָה, לְעוֹלָם חַסְדּוֹ;  וְעַד-דֹּר וָדֹר, אֱמוּנָתוֹ

Psalm 100:5

“For the LORD is good; His mercy endureth for ever; and His faithfulness unto all generations.”

Like a river perpetually flowing into the sea, like the trustworthy support of a mother, which never ends, the faithful love of Adonai endures forever! There is a close relationship between the Hebrew words for water (מים), mother (אם), faith and faithful (אמן). It is not so much about how much faith you have, but more about who you choose to believe.
